The website www.giftcardbargains.com is owned by LAGOON ENTERPRISES FZ-LLC with a registered office address in Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The website sells gift cards at a discount to the RRP, and also offers the ability for you to sell any unwanted gift cards to us.

Please make sure you read the following terms and conditions carefully. If there is anything in these terms and conditions that you do not understand or agree to, then please get in touch with us.

1. Our Services

In order to fully access and use the services offered on www.giftcardbargains.comthen all customers will need to first create an account on the website. This will require you to enter some personal information. For more information on how we handle this personal information then please read our Privacy Policy.

Your account is intended for your own personal use only and only one account is permitted per customer. You will be required to enter your log-in information each time you visit the website and we ask that you keep this information confidential and do not share it with others. If you think that someone else has gained access to your account and is using your log-in information without your consent then please get in touch with us to let us know.

2. Making Payments

Buying Gift Cards

Customers will need to pay for all of their purchases in full before they are able to receive the gift cards that they have purchased. Customers can order as many gift cards as they like and add them to their shopping cart. Once the order has been completed and the customer proceeds to the shopping cart they will be informed of the final balance due, customers will also see GCBLE, UAE as the billing descriptor. There are no shipping or delivery charges for any of the services onwww.giftcardbargains.com and the final price is the final amount owed.

Payments from Visa and Mastercard are accepted and customers will be required to enter their billing information in order to purchase the gift cards. Customers are asked to double check that this information is correct before they submit for payment. All of our payments are processed through a secure third-party payment platform which uses high-security industry-standard encryption technology. We do not store any personal payment information on any of our servers.

Selling Gift Cards

If you have a gift card that you wish to sell then we will pay you cash for it into your chosen bank account once a deal has been agreed. We will only make payments out once we have received the gift cards and have done any necessary checks on authenticity on them. Once the gift cards have been received and approved then the payment will be sent to the bank account of your choice. We again ask that all customers check their banking information carefully before sharing it with us as we will not be liable for any erroneous payments made into incorrect accounts when the wrong account information has been supplied.

We aim to process all payments for sales within two business days. If it has been more than two business days since a sale was agreed and the goods transferred and you have not yet received your payment then please get in touch with us and someone will look into this for you as soon as possible.

3. Requesting Refunds

We will accept refund requests only in very limited circumstances and where the error has been made on our part. If the Gift Card that you have received is faulty or incorrect and we have sent you the wrong one, then you may be entitled to a refund. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and no more than seven working days in writing to explain to us in full the issue and we will review this as soon as possible.
Any refunds which are accepted will be paid back into the original bank account where the original payment was made from and we will aim to do this in five working days.

4. Delivery

The website www.giftcardbargains.com deals exclusively in digital products and therefore all of the items that you purchase will be delivered via email. This will be to the email address which you have provided at the time of setting up your account, so please bear this in mind when you originally provide the details for your account.
All products will be delivered immediately and no more than 48 hours after the payment has been processed. In the unlikely event that it has been more than 48 hours since you made your payment and you have still not received the gift cards that you ordered, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible and someone will look into this for you.

5. Cancellation

We maintain the authority to cancel any customer account if we suspect that the customers are in breach of, or trying to breach, these terms and conditions. Customers have the option to end their account association with us whenever they wish, provided they get in touch with us in advance through written communication.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided “as is” and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither www.giftcardbargains.com nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will www.giftcardbargains.com or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to www.giftcardbargains.com under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action www.giftcardbargains.comshall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.giftcardbargains.com, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
